1. Cancellation Policy 

1.1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

1.2. Order Cancellation by Scripture Union Bible Ministries:

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement item based on your preference.

2.2. Returns for Other Reasons:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the book(s) in its original condition within 7 days of receiving the order.

2.3. Process for Returns:

Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the book(s) back.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, the refund will be processed.

2.4. Refund Mode:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Exceptions

Digital products, downloadable content, or any personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

4. Delays in Refunds

Refund processing times can vary based on the payment method and banking institution. Typically, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service.
